James Rumfitt

James founded Ardea with the aim of creating a standards and commitment led business that values the best interests of its clients and candidates above its own self interest.

James leads Ardea's work in community and social care. This includes working with the largest and most prestigious companies in the delivery of care for the elderly, younger people and children, and those with challenging behaviour. He also works with some of the key providers of services and equipment to the wider healthcare sector.

James also has an extensive understanding of venture capital and private equity. Prior to working in recruitment James spent 12 years in operational and financial management.

Mike Konig

Mike has been involved in recruitment consulting for some 16 years following a career in HR, and had developed a reputation for developing long term client relationships through providing challenging consulting input at the front end of the selection process.

Mike leads Ardea’s work in aviation, professional services and HR, as well as internal consultant development and client relationship management.

Daniel McDonald

Daniel leads Ardea's work in Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Daniel has a deep understanding of the key developments in process improvement which has enabled him to develop a market leading track record in recruiting senior executives across many related sectors.

From Group Managing Directors to Lean Leaders, Daniel is able to build on nearly a decade's experience to generate the significant cost and process benefits a successful hire will deliver.
